This membership offers you the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of macronutrients and micronutrients. Together with your nutrition coach we work to set goals and plan out weekly meals to suit your lifestyle and of course, your taste buds.
Each week you will receive 1 meal plan with your macronutrient breakdown. You will have 1 weekly check in with your coach to discuss weekly wins, loses and what needs to change for the week ahead.
This membership is 8 week minimum but can continue for as long as required.
The goal is to have you walking away from this membership with a wealth of knowledge and a cute little recipe book to continue on without your coach when you feel ready.

This membership offers you the opportunity to build a strong and confident body. Your training protocols can be programmed for a gym setting or strength training for at home - take your pick!
Together with your coach you will work through 4 week training blocks based on your training and personal goals. Each week you will check in with your coach, touch base about your technique, form, challenging movements and weak spots.
You will have access to a personalized app to track your programs, watch exercise demonstrations, personal bests and progressive overload techniques.
This membership is 8 week minimum but can continue for as long as required.
The goal is to have you walking away from this membership with a wealth of knowledge and the ability and confidence to piece together new training programs to push yourself to new limits!

This membership will have nothing to do with group fitness classes and will not be an add on to any other membership. It stands alone and is totally individualized to each person.. It is based on your lifestyle, your goals, your current weight, employment, injuries etc. So people can access this membership without attending shed classes specifically OR they can activate this membership as well as their current class membership. This membership is for individuals who are able to track macros themselves or willing to learn the process. Our 8 Week Challenge is the way to go if you want planned and set out weekly meal plans. We offer a membership/plan to suit everyone ! You just need to find the right fit.
Post 8 Week Challenge - once you have developed basic knowledge and have a good routine nutted out - YES!
8 Week Challenge is definitely for beginners and I would categorize this membership as "intermediate". This membership is for when you are ready to go out on your own and essentially have more control.
