SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
This Small Group PT class at The Shed Fitness requires a Platinum Membership. Designed to offer personalised training tips without the cost of one-on-one sessions, these 30-minute classes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants. With a smaller group size, the coach teaching this class aims to focus on individual needs, working on either upper or lower body using gym equipment that's not typically available in group fitness sessions. These classes have been highly popular and are an excellent way to get comfortable in a gym environment, especially if you're feeling apprehensive.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our Group Fitness classes run at a 30 or 45-minute duration and cater to all abilities, ages, and needs. We take pride in providing support, options, and modifications for those who may need a slower pace or want to push themselves further.

Off the back of our group fitness room is a beautiful, fully enclosed kids area. This space is full of toys, books and bean bags to keep the kids happy and entertained while you train.
The area is visible from the group fitness room, cleaned daily and is completely free!
