"I can’t believe it’s all over. It went so fast. I absolutely loved doing this challenge and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I am so excited to continue this journey to see where it takes me. I feel so much better and am almost back to my pre-baby weight!! I was stuck in a bit of a rut before this challenge and didn’t really know what I was doing. I’d try to exercise as much as I could, but I didn’t really have a great meal plan. I would snack a lot and not have a very filling breakfast or lunch. I have now learnt what a balanced diet actually looks like!
I’ve really enjoyed attending fierce and strength evolve classes and I’m trying adrenaline this week too. I’m looking forward to continuing with these classes as much as I can and will definitely keep up the meal plans.

I felt so supported through weekly coach responses, meal and work out plans, and through the wonderful 8 week challenge FB community. This is an excellent program not just for slimming and toning but for connecting with your body and feeling better about yourself. The last two weeks of the challenge were really stressful and anxiety for me but that was due to personal/family circumstances, which thankfully have now eased. I didn't even get my measurements in week 7 because I was so overwhelmed. Despite the stress, I found it really easy to stick with the plan. I feel like these eight weeks have given me the tools I need to continue upward momentum on my fitness and well-being journey.
Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into these challenges. I could definitely see myself participating again in the new year. In the meantime, I look forward to participating in more of those energizing classes at the Shed!!"
